What to include in a bug report

The details that help most are your browser, and what the video was — its format, roughly how long, and how large. Conversion happens on your own device, so we cannot see what went wrong from our side; those few facts are usually the difference between a fix and a guess. Please don't email the video itself unless we ask.

Feature requests

If there is a setting you keep wishing existed, or an app whose size limit keeps catching you out, tell us which one. The pages covering specific apps were added because people asked for them, and adding another is usually quick.
